Director of Sales- E-Mobility Full time

A global smart energy manufacturing organization is searching for an experienced, competitive, and customer-obsessed Director of Sales to join their North America Team.

Their E-Mobility division is a leading innovator of integrated and modular powertrain solutions for EV market. Our strong focus on technologies and research & development allows us to provide customers with full EV system integration services, as well as key components and systems, such as power electronics, e-Drive, and battery packs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identification and development of new accounts
- Acquisition of new customers and projects in North America
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Engineering, and Senior Executive teams to identify potential customers and partners
- Develop relationships with EV manufacturers, EV charging station manufacturers and integrators and support electric drivetrain infrastructure providers
- Support and initiate marketing activities in the region
- Participation in Business Planning, Create Business Development strategy for the E-Mobility industry
- Support identification of market demand to create technology roadmap
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum ten years of Technical Sales experience
- Extensive contacts and relationships within the automotive and E-Mobility industry
- Strong affinity for commercial and technical aspects
- Skills in sales of electronic or mechatronic components or systems which include electronics
- Competence in working in international environment and open to extensive travel globally
