Tonic has been an exclusive opportunity to appoint a passionate Director of Inside Sales to work with a large sales team to develop internal sales operations and customer support.

The Role
The incoming director will be tasked to work alongside the GM to develop and implement best practices for setting up a high performing inside sales team. Initially, you will be working on the company’s processes, documentation, tools, and systems, linking with the sales team to define & refine the approach and communicate consistent messaging to the market. As the Inside Sales Director, you will significantly impact helping the business grow a team of passionate customer-focused sales support professionals. Recruiting and developing your team will be a substantial part of the early stages of this opportunity, but once formed, you will have the autonomy of leading and managing the entire inside sales department for North America.
