Junior – Engineering Project Manager Full time
We have an opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join a pioneering modular engineering /construction business based in Manteca. The company is revolutionizing the way education buildings are being constructed.
The business has had decades of success but is currently going through a sustained period of growth. They have done this by leveraging their end-to-end development expertise as they work from land purchase to operation on most of their sites with their factory. This allows them to control the full process and take measured risks. They have an exceptional internal design team producing high-quality and sustainable schemes.
We need to speak to experienced technical professionals that can help lead the design and engineering team. Modular construction requires a unique skill set, so the company is keen to speak to individuals from either a construction, architectural, or engineering background. You will be working with a talented engineering, architectural, and manufacturing team to play a crucial part in delivering high standards of energy-efficient buildings. The chosen professional will be working in a diverse environment. You will be working with the Structural, Architectural & MEP teams to offer guidance and management, helping them to work in partnership.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external consultants, clients, and manufacturing supply chain
- Provide Construction Documents and Construction Administration services for engineering and architecture teams
- Maintain internal project schedule
Requirements
- Educational background in architecture, construction, or engineering
- Exceptional organization and planning skills
- CAD Drawing Ability (Checking)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Degree in engineering (Beneficial)
