Position Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with a passion for working in sustainability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Adopt the position of the go-to person for all Structural Engineering queries.
- Design of various steel structures (buildings) modular construction
- Production of structural engineering calculations
- Manage and supervise a team of engineers and technical and professional staff to perform duties professionally, effectively, and efficiently. As well as developing and growing the talents and abilities of said roles.
- Manage parts from initial design to prototype phase and production.
- Create and manage department EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials), including material selection and finish.
- Leading preliminary engineering due diligence, conceptual project designs, storage optimization, production estimates, and product selection assumptions from early-stage development through commissioning.
- Leading projects, managing risk, and resolving project challenges as necessary.
- Prepare and develop cost estimates for new expansions and maintenance projects.
- Coordinate with Management and Operations to insure conformance of operating facilities and systems with planned standards.
Education and/or Experience

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Master’s degree preferred.
- Four to ten years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
