How we help you
We know interviews can be daunting. That’s why we spend the time prepping you beforehand, giving you insights into what the interview will hold and tips to succeed.
Companies tend to be more honest with feedback when using a recruiter and we think it’s important to feed that back to you.
Nobody likes the dreaded salary negotiation standoff. Our recruiters are skilled negotiators who will fight your corner and help you achieve your desired salary and package.

How much does it cost?
As a recruitment agency, we make our money through a fee which a company pays when we make a successful placement. That means that the process doesn’t cost you anything.
Can I be put forward to a few opportunities on Tonic's website?
Of course! You can apply and be put forward for as many roles as we consider you suitable for. If you get an offer from more than one client, then the decision will be yours as to which one you accept.
I sent my resume to Tonic and I can see a job on your website that I think I am great for. Why haven’t I been contacted?
This could be for any number of reasons. It could be because a client has asked for specific requirements in experience or sometimes the salary is lower than what you are looking for. If in doubt, please call and we can double-check the reasoning.
Will Tonic send my resume to clients without contacting me?
No, we only present your details to a client after we have spoken to you about the opportunity, the company and received your permission to do so.
I have applied for a job and I have not been contacted yet – why is this?
We acknowledge all applications via email, if we think that you are suitable for the role then we will contact you to discuss the role within 5 working days. If we have not contacted you by then it could be that we felt you were unsuitable for the role or that we have not received your resume.
I have applied for a job online, does this mean that my details have been sent to the client?
No! We screen all applications and call suitable applicants to discuss the role and make them aware who the end employer is. Your details are only sent to a client once both you and your Consultant agree to do so.
